Olympēa by Paco Rabanne

 photo from: www.candyperfume.com

In 2015 Paco Rabanne released Olympea. The bottle is shaped like a beautiful Laurel crown. The face of this beautiful fragrance is Brazilian model Luma Grothe. Olympea is the female equivalent to their 2013 male fragrance Invictus. Olympea is an idea, an idea of a modern day Greek goddess that symbolises strength, dynamism and conquests.

Notes

Top:
Green Mandarin
Water Jasmine
Ginger Lilly

Middle:
Vanilla
Salt

Base:
Sandalwood
Cashmere
Ambergris

After you first apply the fragrance you get a fresh hit of water jasmine and mandarin which slowly fades into a spicy ginger Lilly. The middle notes of vanilla and salt is what really draws you in to this salty caramelised vanilla that lingers on your skin. As it wears off you can smell ambergris and it end with a woody cashmere scent.

Olympea is a very sweet fragrance unlike other fragrances Paco Rabanne have in their current line. Olympea is available in 3 different sizes 30ml - $104.00NZD, 50ml - $129.00NZD, 80ml - $179.00NZD.You can pick this up online or in any fragrance retailer.
